“Voting is a civic sacrament,” cited Theodore Hersburg….. I reassert that it is not only a sacrament, but also a necessity for good governance which determines our future. Let us rise up as the youth and get involved.

This is our right. We as youth hold a key stake in the development of our country not just because of our productivity, but because we have the numbers. We form the majority of our nation. By participating actively in our civic duties and voting responsibly, we can change the course of our beautiful nation in a way that is unfathomable.

How about we start by coming together to discuss and engage with each other on our roles as youth in elections. They say where great minds come together revolutions are born. Let us come one and come all together to share ideas, to discuss the future of our country and to see the way forward.  We are not the leaders of tomorrow, we are the leaders of today. We are capable of inspiring change and bringing hope for our future generations.
